How do I reset my account password?

Visit the login page, select 'Forgot Password', and enter your registered email. Follow the recovery link sent to your inbox to reset your password.

How do I toggle or activate additional modules?

From your main Owner launcher dashboard, navigate to the active subscriptions tab. You can activate new plans for Library, Coaching, School, or College workspaces instantly.

What local payment methods are integrated?

We support major credit/debit cards, UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and net banking transactions secured by Razorpay.

Can I manage multiple branches from one account?

Yes, you can register and oversee multiple branches from the launcher workspace. Each branch maintains separate data logs but shares a common owner configuration.

Is there a free trial to test out the platform?

Yes! New workspaces receive a trial phase to configure settings, add staff accounts, and test operations. Tap 'Start Free Trial' on our pricing screen to begin.

How do we import existing student or member files?

Under branch settings, use the CSV/Excel importer to upload directories. Our support staff can also assist with data validation to prevent duplicate records.
